Please clarify whether you're connected to internet through AVG Secure VPN & whether you receive any error message apart from the page timing out.
In the meantime, please check if AVG protection is causing the issue by disabling it temporarily.
I recently updated my subscription to include Tune Up, Secure VPN and AntiTrack. Since then I have been unable to open my virgin email. It tries to load but quickly times out. This is on Chrome and Edge. How can I sort this out please?
