Hi Raphael,
In order to analyze it please provide us with betters description, Screenshot (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/How-to-create-a-screenshot/) and GMER scan result (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/).

Hi,
There is not a lot I can add, since the virus analyser blocks. And the names of the files currently analysed disappear.
I can send a print screen but how to attach it (I exceed the maximum authorised size) ?
Raphael
The virus analyser has identified threats. But thet cannot be deleted : eithe the program blocks or closes. I have tried several other anti virus program but they identify nothing. I have also reinstalled AVG.
Hi Raphael,
You can upload Screenshot together with GMER scan result to our FTP according to this article (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/How-to-upload-a-file-to-our-FTP-server/).
Thanks
