I would like to confirm that it is the genuine pop up from AVG requesting to update your payment info. It is because to renew your AVG automatically. And I would request you to uninstall and re install AVG completely to resolve the error messages in the program. Thank you.

The last weeks I have had a popup window stating that one of AVG executables were "unable to load / unaccessible".  Each time I have pressed "send report to AVG".
Now I feel unsure about AVG:s integrity.
I cannot find any Integrity check function anywhere in tha AVG GUI.
On top I just got a message that stated that I need to go in and "reenter" my payment info because AVG was unable to renew the subscription.
I dont know, but it stinks "scam" all over.

What can I do to be sure of the AVG integrity ?
Do I really need to reenter my payment info ( Is it really coming from AVG ? )
Please help !

Ok, thank you for prompt answer but the popup window have not reappeared since the day I got the message that stated that I need to go in and "reenter" my payment info …
Could someone please verify if this message is genuine or a virus ???
It has not reappeared either so I cannot send any screenshots.
Should I reinstall AVG ?
