Virus database and AVG lies

I understand your frustration. Ideally. the Virus definition update for AVG AntiVirus program should get released everyday. However, we have an ongoing issue that prevents the Virus definitions to get updated automatically. Hence, we are manually publishing the virus definitions once in two days. In the meantime, the devices are fully protected via our streaming update service. You need not perform any troubleshooting steps as this will be fixed from our end. Appreciate your understanding.

What I dont understand is why its taking you and your company so long to fix the problem. I and many other people have been letting you and you company know about this issue. I paid good money for your product.

OK AVAST/AVG team. I know that you are getting tired of me and other users of your products bitching about the virus database not being updated. This issue is going on for months now and you keep on saying its an UI problem. So why in the heck have you NOT FIXED IT YET. you keep on saying this team is working on it or that team is working on it. So why in the hell are you lying to us for? you email me to unistall the program and to reinstall it over and over and over. I keep on getting the same f-ing problem. After your sept major update.Sept 19 2019 to be honest, is when you and your products been screwing up Plus the chinese hack did not help too. Please tell me why people shound use your products.

We understand how upsetting this could be and many users has experienced and informed the same.

But our developers are diligently working on this to fix, but we do not have a exact time frame when it will be released.

We request your patience and understanding regarding this.

Why is it taking so long for to fix the problem(s)? I'm not the only one who has been informing you and your company about this problem(s).
