i have avg internet security and i have my virus definitions set to download automatically. the home screen for internet security show me at any given time how long it has been since the definitiosn were last updated. sometimes its a few hours but other times its maybe a whole day. when its a longer time than usual i can download manually and it will update. what i dont get is if it should do it automatically why has it already been done—makes me wonder if avg really keeps my protection updated.
