Greetings all
My first post to the group. I'm running AVG ultimate on my Windows 10 laptop. AVG has not updated the virus definition for the pat 10 days. Is anyone else encountering the problem? When I try to perform a manual update, the application attempts to download but stops and displays "unknown error" I called support and reported the problem. A technician connected to my laptop remotely but did not resolve the issue. The technician indicated that AVG has not provided any update lately. I don't find this "Palatable". Any suggestions?
