Once the fix is rolled out, you will get a notification and the AVG app will be updated automatically. After updating AVG app, restart your device and check for the status.

AVG on my phone has detected an issue saying that my virus definitions are out of date, however when I go to update them it says theyre up to date (version 180521-06 (dated at 1/01/2014)).
Yet even after trying to update virus definitions several times the issue detected remains.
