I am sorry to know that you are still facing issues in installing AVG Internet Security unlimited program.
In this case, I request you to get our additional support in fixing this issue for which an email instruction has been sent.
If the email is not found in inbox, do check in spam and junk folders once.

Hello, Alok! Thanks for trying to help. After running the programs you suggested, I did'nt reinstall any of the AVG programs (internet security, tune-up and vpn) because I never could access internet again!

We are glad to know that the internet is working fine in your PC.
Unfortunately, I don't find any active AVG subscriptions in your PC. Do you use trial version of AVG Internet Security, PC TuneUp and Secure VPN in your PC? If so, you can reinstall them by visiting AVG downloads page at https://www.avg.com/en-us/download .
If you have purchased paid product of AVG, please contact our technical support team at https://support.avg.com/support_tech_chat .
They will help you to reinstall your AVG product.

Luis, thank you for providing the screenshot. It seems that AVG program got corrupted when trying to update the new virus definitions. 
I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to reinstall AVG Internet Security by running AVG Remover and AVG Clear tool.

Hello, Alok, thank you for your help, I did as per your suggestions and it worked! And now, how do I reinstall my AVG programs (internet security, tune-up and secure vpn)?

Hello Luis,
I'm sorry to hear about this. May I know if you have reinstalled AVG Internet Security 2017 version, if yes then I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private) at first, please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access all the websites with enabled AVG Internet Security.
