Update not posible for several days, reports tjhat user may not have necessary permission

Hello, Alok! Thanks for trying to help. After running the programs you suggested, I did'nt reinstall any of the AVG programs (internet security, tune-up and vpn) because I never could access internet again!

Unfortunately, I don't find any active AVG subscriptions in your PC. Do you use trial version of AVG Internet Security, PC TuneUp and Secure VPN in your PC? If so, you can reinstall them by visiting AVG downloads page at https://www.avg.com/en-us/download .
If you have purchased paid product of AVG, please contact our technical support team at https://support.avg.com/support_tech_chat .
They will help you to reinstall your AVG product.

Luis, thank you for providing the screenshot. It seems that AVG program got corrupted when trying to update the new virus definitions. 
I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to reinstall AVG Internet Security by running AVG Remover and AVG Clear tool.

I'm sorry to hear about this. May I know if you have reinstalled AVG Internet Security 2017 version, if yes then I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private) at first, please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access all the websites with enabled AVG Internet Security.
