Please let us know what happens exactly while attempting to update virus definitions. Do you receive any error message?

Even after manually trying to update my virus definitions, My AVG virus definitions is not updating. In February the last technician remotely updated it. Since then and after multiple unsuccessful calls, these folks are not returning my request for a call back. I went online and the instructions are a repeat of what I've already done in an attempt to rectify the problem. This is totally unacceptable! I am extremely disappointed in the service.
