Virus definitions not updated

Hi,

My AVG security software warns me that my virus definitions are not up to date. I tried updating them manually, but it doesn't download any new virus definitions and comes back with the same warning. Anybody got any ideas?

We are sorry to know that the virus definitions didn't update after the repair.
Ensure that you have the Windows up to date. If Windows is up to date, then I suggest you to restart your PC and check to reinstall AVG Internet Security.

Hi Karthikeyan,

I followed the steps mentioned in the link provided. The repair was successful, but unfortunately the virus definitions are still not being updated.
