Hi
I have AVG Ultimate with AVG internet security 2017 part of it. It's indicating the virus definitions are out of date but after a manual virus def update the message of def's out of date is still on the UI. A subsequent manual virus def update indicates the definitions are up to date but the message of def's out of date is still on the UI even after numerous computer resets including a complete power down over night.

Further to this annoying problem the UI indicated a full computer scan was done 10 days ago even though a scheduled scan is set for every Sunday (never seems to work). After a manual computer scan the UI indicated a full computer scan was still done 10 days ago. A subsequent reboot and the UI had not changed so I then ensured the computer was active at the time the scheduled scan was supposed to occur I waited and waited at the time of schedule and nothing occurred so I went to bed. In the morning the UI indicated the last scan had not changed from the previous day.

I had similar problems last year where AVG tech removed and reinstalled the AVG ultimate package.
All seemed to work fine (except the schedule part) until now.

Is the UI correct and my def's and scans are out of date ?.
