We regret for the inconvenience caused. Did you try to update the virus definitions after you've changed the DNS server settings as suggested over the chat session? Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu > Settings > Update. Click Update against 'Virus definitions' to manually check for updates and download them.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the constant message I'm getting to update virus protection? I've tried to update several times, been told I'm already up to date, but the warning doesn't go. Just spent an hour with live chat support, but still got the problem. Any ideas?
