Virus Definitions Stay In" Red " Even On New Update!

Hello , I Was Looking For Help In Virus Definition Update As When I Automatically Or Manually Update It Says Release Date Of Time I Searched In Red Why Am I Not Connecting To A Server And Then Saying Updated On Such N Such Date In Green All Updated ? Can Someone Give Me A Good Answer To This Question As I Am Now Worried that AVG Servers Are Not Working ! And That AVG Are Going In To Liquidation Or something Stupid ! Hope Not Many Thanks From Trevor
