Virus Definitions Update - issue

Could you share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the AVG user interface?

Both AVG and my PC notifications keep telling me I need to update the virus definitions but I have it set to auto download and it says I have the latest version of the virus definitions.

I have rebooted my machine to see if that was the issue but it has made no difference.

I'm running AVG Free on Windows 10.

Help?
