Virus Definitions update not updating

Please repair AVG and try to update the virus definitions.

My AVG says Virus Definitions are outdated, but when it runs the update it won't update.
Virus release date March 26, 2020 ver 200325-0
App ver 20.1.3112 - build 20.1.5069.562
