Virus got in even with 2015 protection? Who do I yell at do I get back fee for repair?

I have been a faithful AVG person for years.  Suddenly, I had a virus that wouldn't let me enter my Windows etc.  I have AVG Protection and PC Tuneup. For $90, I expect it to keep viruses out. Now I paid for my computer guy to clean it up. Don't tell me Malware is extra.  Just find a way to blame it on me. Not a question except who do I officially complain to?
