How long did it take for you to hear from customer support regarding your virus/hacker threat?  I can’t find a customer service phone number, so I opened a support ticket this morning (5/11), but no one has reached out yet and now it’s 8:20 PM.  I’d like to resolve ASAP since the issue is affecting my entire system, but I don’t know how to speed up the process.  Any suggestions?
