Virus: how to get rid of? Or quarentine?

I had to make the photo of the virus I have, my photo since there doesn't seem to be another way to upload a photo. It says infected with JS:Miner-C [Trj]. And it says aborted connection with sp.escapicon.net. URL: http://sp.escapicon.net/sas/ads/prod/minJS/v2vEngine_b.js?v=201711251025. But, I am not trying to connect with anything. I am just trying to scan my external hard drive after wiping my entire computer. AVG isn't giving me a way to quarantine it. Not sure how to get rid of???
