is there any public solution for that or Aavg pROFESSIONAL SUPPORT treat that is a false alert?

Reimage Repair reports a virus in my AVG-map: c:\program files (x86)\avg\antivirus\wsc_proxy.exe — TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen2. I can not remove this issue. Is this serious en what can I do? I use already many years AVB free. Installing the free download of the payed AVG-program did nog help. My computer had Windows 10.
