Hi Eva,
This isn't the experience we want you to have.
As we're uncertain about the exact pop up that you receive, would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of it for better clarity?
Note : If you've the option 'See details' in the pop up, please click on it & then share the screenshot with those details.
Regarding the renewal, we're unable to find any subscription under the provided account. You might have used a different email address to subscribe.
It isn't recommended to share the account details in the public post. Hence, an email requesting the same has been sent to you.
Please revert to us via email with the requested info to proceed further.
Hi, thanks for your reply.
I don't know how to make a screenshot on my laptop (and I have tried to find out). It says it comes from noblockweb.org and the virus irself is JS:Proxy - Bi (Tri).
You're right, the renewal could have come from a different email address. The email you sent me comes from a no-reply address so I am not sure which email address you want me to send my details to. However, as the email address I might have used to subscribe no longer exists, I think it is safe to share here. It was **@btinternet.com. If that fails it could have been ********@solwaymusicmakers.co.uk (which also doesn't exist anymore). Could you please check these addresses for me and remove any outstanding accounts or renewals?
Thanks in advance.

Two things.
1. This really irritating notification keeps popping up, constantly interrupting, saying a certain virus has been removed and asking me to allow a scan. It is as if my anti-virus software has turned into a virus itself. How do I get rid of this?
2. Could somebody at AVG please check my account to see if there are any more 'automatic renewals' (that, as far as I can remember, I never applied for) coming up like the one that took £34.99 out of my account last November?
Thanks in advance.
