My AVG virus security is up to date yet every time I turn on my computer I'm told there is a virus. I would have thought the threat would be removed. Anyone else have this occurrence? I'm starting to wonder how good AVG products are and if I'm wasting good money. Would be interested to read an answer from an AVG employee. Tried to get help on the chat line but the connection timed out. As I write the notice appeared. Maybe need to think about spending my money else where. Seems the only thing that works smoothly is the procedure for taking peoples money. Yes,started as a question but ended up as a complaint. Send me an Email AVG, I'd like your opinion!!

I understand this must be upsetting and I really apologize for the inconvenience. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it with free of cost.
