It seems that there are few synchronization issues with the AVG program.
Would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of AVG interface for better clarity?

On my main AVG screen showing protection status, I have the red notice that it has been a month since my last scan. However, I've done the complete scan twice in the past few days. The red month persists. What's up w/that??
