Thank you.

I have scanned numerous times, uninstalled AVG and reinstalled but cannot quarantine or delete these viruses.  Help, I downloaded the free trial …

Hello Sharon,

This doesn't look like our quarantine files. Please check if you are able to locate the "Quarantine" folder including detected files and remove it manually.

If not, check if the permission of the folder, it is set to read and write data.

Sharon, Also in future, to keep everything together, please try to keep the whole conversation in one question/thread to speed up any resolution.

Thank you for the clarification.
Let me check this with senior team.
Once we get a reply, will post it here.
Your patience is much appreciated.

hi, the files never made it to quarantine.  AVG scan wasn't able to move them to quarantine or delete them.  please advise.

sorry about that ... browser is redirecting on it's own.  here is the screen shot ...

Scan

Sharon, please try to restore the files to a local folder on your Mac and then try to delete the files.

Hi there, thanks for your response.  Unfortunately, once the files have completed the scan, there is no further option/action for these files.  All I am able to do is close this window and carry on knowing that these trogan files are still inside my computer.  If there is a way for me to save locally, please advise.  I am unable to locate the files through a traditional finder search … they simply cannot be located on my hard drive unless I do an AVG scan.
