Virus total scan in avg auto exec's

Hello Sergio,

We don't think that the results that you see is a potential threat as it appears in yellow color.
However, share the screenshot of the AVG auto exec tool scan result that shows about Notepad.exe and DNS changer detected.
Please share the screenshot of the message that says about "avgcorea.dll" and "incavi.avm".
If you are using a VPN application then there are chances for the DNS changer to appear on the auto exec tool result.
To check the results of a file or URL, please enter it on this VirusTotal website and check the status of it.
If the file/URL already available in their database, it would show you the results of analysis done by most of the antivirus companies and check whether the file/URL is listed is safe or threat.
Awaiting your reply with the screenshot.

RE:dns changer, it could be,despite I had istalled AVG secure VPN and never used.
RE: restart pc done several times but the scan result does not change!
RE: error message I wish to gave more details and my fill up below:
once AVG' Autoexec finished his scan,is pointing yellow mark to doc_auto_file Notepad (as you can see in the above screen shot). Then I press : "scan files with AVG" then appear ERROR with this explanation:"Couldn't find the AVG core file or AVG virus definition file. Please copy "avgcoreadll" and"incavi.avm" to AutoExec's folder and retry.
MY QUESTION: If this warning is true, certainly means that the a.m. mentioned virus definitions are not there. Then If we believe it, I wish you please teach me how/where to find "AutoExec's Folder and how to copy -in there, those virus definitions as above required and I'll retry the scan.
If this ERROR is there for funny or is too difficult solve it by my self, could you please manage a pc remote control check-session by your skilled technicians?
To day is my birthday=72 years and AVG user for 10 years of free and payd versions

if I scan by AVG in this app. I got message : copy "avgcorea.dll" and "incavi.avm"and retry. Please advise how to do it if this matter can be a signal of viruses problem with possible future damages to my OS.

Thank you for sharing the screenshots, Sergio.

We wish you a Happy New Year!

The first screenshot regarding OS Modifications, it is an expected behavior when a VPN service is installed on the PC.

Regarding the error message on auto exec tool, I request you to restart the PC and run auto exec tool again to check if the issue persists.
