For the past few days every time i open my computer AVG tells me its found a virus, i quarantine it and then try to delete it, i've done this several times but it doesn't seem to be able to delete the file, it says it could take a while but i've left my computer on trying to delete it for hours and nothing has happened. What can i do?

Hi Alok, thanks but i"ve tried to upload screenshots but it doesnt seem to be working, i've tried changing the image file formats but still wont upload
