All the email notifications have landed in my spam filter, and I haven't seen them, I would like to have my money back, I am not paying for something that I don't want and haven't used, and regarding to unauthorized payment from my account, I can see you already got DKK 259,00 17/7 2018 and that is 32 days after the agreement start, I hope to see my money again.

According to my recent credit card statement, I made a payment to "DRI*AVG TECHNOL SH".
Unfortunately, I am not aware of having made this payment.
Can I just cancel this payment?
Because I dont want to keep using AVG.

And it's not the only payment there is
