i downloaded Visual Studio 2017 and installed successfully on a basic Win 10 machine after disabling AVG. However on a second Win 10 machine, the installer failed (10+ times) at the the Debugger.JustInTime installation. Microsoft says its not a bug (!) and that AV must be disabled, which never had to be done on previous Visual Studio versions. Is there a more comprehensive way to disable AVG without uninstalling AVG?
