We have been using AVG Small Business Edition for many years in our VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure to protect the individual virtual desktops. AVG is installed on the virtual desktop. These virtual desktops are accessed by a thin client utilizing the VMware View Client. This has worked very well for over 3 years on our 120 virtual desktops. However, yesterday when trying to install the current 32-bit version I am getting an error that the Installation failed with a General error (0x041d) Error code: 0xC007041D. The previous suggestions in the Community have been to use the AVG Remover to uninstall the product and run installation again. However, AVG Remover sees no trace of AVG and running the installer again gives the same error. I need resolution for this issue or we will have to look for another product for our needs.
