This is becoming stupid now...I can't get any Chat Support because the AVG Chat is not working ..VPN will not turn back on...I have reinstalled this as well so have your techs when they have logged into this cumputer and still it has issues. What is goiung on...why NO SUPPORT FROM AVG??

How do I convey this code so I can get my PC back online with a working VPN and satisfactory firewalling for internet security ...I can't even close the dialog box for AVG Alerts, can't close the Apication because it is not repsonding...AVG Internet Security and the VPN will not start!!

VNP causes Windows 10 Ver 2004 to display incorrect information. Before the Windows 10 Upgrade to ver 2004 the AVG VPN in Win10 OS Settings and every where else displays full acces to internet and no access for the actual Router. I have lots of screenshots of this one.
Wat have I done to try and correct the issue: Reinstalled AVG VPN and ran lots of registry cleans up, tracker killers and buried junk files ...all cleared....and still no reasonable/sensible explanation for this App's behaviour.
Whats going on here??

NO!! Annotation 2020-08-27 094918 is proof that I STILL CAN NOT ACCESS AVG Chat support...and FYI that file nasme is generated by WIN10 and shows the DATE AND TIME (AEST) when it was captured...so you can't make a liar out of me. I REALLY CAN NOT ACCESS CHAT SUPPORT!!!!!

Marcus, when a VPN is turned on, you could see "unidentified network" on AVG Internet Security 'network profiles' as it would create a virutal network for you to access websites.
By doing this, your actual IP address will be hidden.
May I know what appears on Windows network status, when you have AVG Secure VPN turned on?
Again...with my empthasis on what happens when I keep trying to Access Support Chat!!
Why do you state that it is working when it is not?
