Vpm with outlook mail issues

Since I have installed the VPM program I noticed that any outgoing mail I send thru Outlook
Gets held up in the Draft or outbox and will not send.  As soon as I turn off the VPM the mail sends immediately. Does anyone else experience this, how can I fix it.
