VPN - 2 year subscription not working

I paid for the VPN - Next billing date: September 10, 2019 -yet according to my zen i have NO vpn active - and when i try to switch it on - all i get is the tiny loading - then nothing, and still offers me to get the 60 days free trial - but the cog icon for settings has no information for showing my subscription is active
Help please, as seems pointless me keep doing free trials when i have paid for a 2 year subscription

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issue with the AVG Secure VPN. Please uninstall the AVG Secure VPN by following the below steps :
1. Click the Windows Start button and select Control Panel.
2. Go to Programs > Programs and Features.
3. Right-click AVG Secure VPN in the list of programs and select Uninstall to open the AVG uninstallation wizard.
4. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the uninstallation.
5. Restart your PC.

Once rebooted, please remove AVG Secure VPN folder from C Drive>Program Files(x86)>AVG
