ok thank you, i am still trying different things but on Amazon prime i can download some movies and then watch them but in streaming i can not watch anything, also i neet to turn my vpn off otherwise it doesn't download and i can not watch it either. the message is always "pour des raisons de droits, cette vidéo ne peut pas être lue and votre zone géographique"on amazon i can understand it because i'm on amazon france and i live in belgium; but i've got the same message on RTL Play also and it's a belgian channel and i live in belgium but in the north (flemisch) and rtl is a belgian french network But two weeks ago it was working very wel, i read an article where they explained that if you live in france for example it's a vpn problem, but i live in belgium and they suggested to download another vpn (they found 3) that makes the whole thing ok but the probleme is it is free in the beginning and then you must pay. i don't want to pay for another vpn , i just want it to be resolved !!! can you please help me ??? thank you in advance !!!
Hi everybody, i've got a problem watching some movies in belgium, it's about RTLplay and Amazon prime ! two weeks ago there were no problems, they always say it's a vpn problem and also proxy. At amazon they say to furn off my vpn but i still can't see everything. Same about RTLplay because they apparently don't find me in Belgium !!! I have tried much but i can't resolve it. Did you experienced the same problems ? By the way with other chanels in belgium i've got no problems ! Plese help me ! thank you in advance !!!

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will check and help you to resolve it. Could you please try to change other available location in AVG Secure VPN and check the status?
You can also try to turn off AVG Secure VPN and check whether you can access those streaming sites. We look forward for your response.
