This is the usual behavior because VPN creates encrypted connection to a server(IP) so other devices on user network are not accessible. So to access any Network devices, you will need to urn off AVG Secure VPN.

When VPN is active my Brother Printer will not print. The print request goes to the queue but does not print. The queue then shows print error. The printer works fine with VPN shut off. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
