We're here to help. Are you able to connect the devices when AVG VPN connection is turned off? It could also possible that a firewall application is blocking the connection. You have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security which includes firewall protection. Is this program installed on your PC? If you do, disable AVG firewall temporarily (with VPN enabled) and check if you can connect the devices.
Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu > Settings > Components > Firewall and use the On/Off slider to turn it off.
