I have used AVG VPN for years with no issues but, recently , when VPN is on I lose my safe internet connection to my supplier - BT. If I turn my AVG VPN off then my secure BT internet is reconnected.
I used to use AVG protection, but when BT gave me free protection with McAfee I changed to this.
McAfee now also includes VPN as part of their package, but I had not been using it as I had my AVG VPN. However, I found that if I switch off the AVG VPN and switch on the McAfee VPN I do not lose my safe internet connection to BT. I can therefore only conclude that something has recently changed with the AVG VPN whch is causing this issue. I have therefore, somewhat sadly, removed the AVG VPN from my PC. As still happily use my AVG Tuneup I am hoping that you will be able to help me by cancelling the remainder of the AVG VPN term at your end, and using any remaining funds in this to extend my Tuneup period. I am sorry to do this, but feel I have no choice due to this new problem.
