VPN and Tune Up not working

From your description, we're uncertain whether you've activated the programs after installing.
If you haven't activated them, please follow the steps that has been sent to you via email to activate & let us know the outcome.

I've just uploaded my AVG programs to a new computer.
According to my account my subscriptions for VPN and AVG Tune Up are paid and should be active.
All of the programs uploaded successfully but these  two
won't function.
The Tune Up scans and then tells me I have to buy the full Tune Up to resolve the issues it has found before it will fix them. I thought a one year subscription was the full Tune Up. 

My VPN shows that it is "OFF" and it won't switch to ON. 

Please advise.

I have used AVG PC tuneup for the past 7 months with no problems.
Now all of a sudden when I click on the icon to open the app, nothing happens.
I have gone into..Menu / subscriptions / AVG tune up / then clicked on "activate & install "
After running the installation, message shows installation failed !
