This isn't the expected behavior. Let's check what has gone wrong and work on a solution to resolve this situation.
Does the icon of AVG Secure VPN not responding or it keep on loading when you double click on it? If this not the case, let us know what exactly happens when you try to turn ON AVG Secure VPN.

Windows 10 har just updated to a new vision.
Now my VPN is not working.
what should I do?

I did what you have kindly descibed , but still no reaction from VPN.
I even tried to press the "start" button below the drop down box, and then i got an error nr 1053
???

Thank You very much for kindly help. Evereything workes fine now after reinstalling.
