Yet again, AVG VPN is causing issues with websites and Outlook. I have it off way more than on. Additionally, it doesn't turn on at startup, despite it being set to do so. The ongoing issues with VPN are extremely annoying. Changing locations doesn't help, and if I change to a location too far away, it affects the performance anyway. Please advise.

I am also unable to send emails via outlook since installing VPN as part of my ultimate package was working ok before installing update with vpn enabled
