VPN blocks all internet access

VPN sometimes blocks all internet access on my PC.  Not a router problem as I can access internet on other devices (which are not running AVG VPN).  Problem is intermittent and sometimes solved by turning VPN off and back on again. 

Any ideas what may be causing it and how to overcome?

  2. Do you have a stable internet connection?
  3. Have you tried changing the location/server of your AVG Secure VPN and checked when you can access the internet?
