Please let us know where you're based (geo-location) & whether the internet works fine if you're connected to other servers (location) other than San Francisco.

When the VPN is on I cannot access the internet. it is now routing through San Francisco, when routed through Salt Lake City it worked.

I uninstalled the VPN and reinstalled. that did not solve the problem.

Iam based in Fort Collins ,Colorado USA. Te internet worked when it was routed through salt Lake City.

Would you be so kind to try connecting to other servers to check if internet works fine other than Salt Lake city?
Sometimes, the server (San Francisco) to which you've connected might be under maintenance or unavailable.

I tried other location with the same result.
