VPN blocks NAS and Remote Desktop

Hi,

I can't figure out how to make my home NAS accessible when I am using VPN.
In order to access the NAS I have to disable VPN, which as far as I can tell leaves my internet access unencrypted.
Is it possible to make my home intranet open while keeping my VPN active on my Internet connection?
Virgin media broadband, WD MyCloud NAS

Hi Paul,
This is an expected behavior. When we use VPN, it creates a encrypted connection to a server[IP]. Hence, devices connected to network are not accessible.
