Hi Thomas,

AVG Secure VPN hides the IP address of your computer using encrypted connection.
The printer can't connect with your computer when the IP address is hidden. You need to turn OFF AVG Secure VPN to connect with the printer. This is a normal behavior.

When AVG Secure VPN is turned on, I cannot print a Word file to my wireless Brother WiFi color printer.  When I turn VPN off, I can print the file.  What's up?
