Firstly, please change the location/server of your AVG Secure VPN to one of the "Torrenting" servers available in AVG Secure VPN.
Secondly, enable Mimic VPN protocol by following the below steps:
Open AVG Secure VPN > Menu > Settings > Protocols > Select Mimic.
If the issue still persists after performing the above actions, please follow the troubleshooting steps available in this article & check if the issue still persists.

I am unable to send emails from bt to gmail when secure vpn is turned on. Using outlook 365, windows 10, subscription for VPN is showing version 5,21.6744
Also emails from gmail to Bt account are not getting through

I thought I had sorted all of this out but … I can now sent bt to gmail and back. However, I am now finding that a lot of my web pages will not load - including the AVG resset forgotten password! I play Candy Crush on my pc and keep getting an error message saying I am not connected to the web - I am as I have just looked at a site on chrome. Some Facebook games willnot load unless I turn off VPN. Help please
