VPN cannot unsubscribe

I have tried several times in my account to 'Unsubscribe' to the AVG VPN and am unable to have it complete and receive a confirmation. I do not want to continue. Who do I contact, how? This sort of thing happening is one reason I don't do business much over the internet. It's almost impossible to get out of 'subscriptions'.
