Vpn causing connection issues and also does not allow full menu on tab.com.au site

When you have AVG Secure VPN turned on, you would see 'AVG Tap Adapter' on network connection list.
Could you check whether you do not experience any issues when AVG Secure VPN is turned off/

it appears after an update several weeks ago i have been having connection issues to internet and often have to reconnect and when accessing tab.com.au site when going to the menu i can only access first part of it it gives a blank screen when going to next stage of the menu however if i go into device manager -network adapters and select AVG Tap adapter v3 and uninstall this and click remove i have no internet connection issues and can completely access the menu where i want to but the problems reoccur when after a shut down then restart the same thing happens again and avg tap adapter v3is back in network adapters any thoughts would be appreciated
