Every couple of days when I load Chrome I get - cannot connect to internet ! I have to go to VPN and turn it off. Then I load Chrome and I am able to access the internet. I turn VPN back on . Access is goo for a while , then I have to do the same all over again. What is the problem?

Access is usually good for a few days . Not sure what changes that causes the need to turn off the VPN service to get reconnected. I will get a message that VPN is reconnecting sometimes.

Bob, it could be possible that the communication with VPN server is slow or interrupted at particular location. So, changing the location would be one of the checkpoints. Then, please also try to use a different web browser and check if the browsing works fine with VPN turned on.
