I am very disappointed with AVG's response to my problem. One day the VPN worked fine, and the next day (with no alterations to the computer) it prevented on-line access. Four technicians have remotely accessed my account and have not been able to sort the problem. The last two attempts copied some files "to escalate" to the technical staff, but as yet I have had no response - after asking each time for someone to get back to me and say what, if anything, is happening. Today I tried getting remote access to speak to someone by using the previous code , but nothing happens. I really don't know what to do next. Help!
