VPN connection ennable due to AVG Bussiness

Hi, 

I have AVG bussines and want to connect to firm server thru VPN. But when I click connect it says  "The remote connection was not made because the attempted VPN tunnels failed. The VPN server moght be unreachable. If this conection is attempting to use an L2TP/IPsec tunnel, the security paramaters required for IPsec negotiation might not be configured properly" 

When I turn of AVG it connects without any problems. I tried to find some solutions on the internet how to fix it, but without any luck. Can someone please help me.
