Vpn constantly loses connection

I've tried to ask the support the team through the chat service but it says the chat is unavailable. I haven't been able to use the VPN service for a while. It does connect the net for about twenty seconds but then the connection breaks each time. I've tried different locations. The last error code I got was 8MG0X8
I've tried to repair the installation but it says everything is fine and if I keep on getting errors I should contact the customer service
