In Run window, type as "services.msc" without the quotes and click on Ok.
In services window, look for AVG secure VPN and right click on it.
Click on "Start" or "Restart" option and then open AVG Secure VPN window.

I bought a three year subscription for VPN in April this year. It has been disconnected for the past week, it will not restart. I get the black box with the following message
VPN ran into a technical problem, Sorry, AVG Secure VPN Service is not responding
The restart button does nothing. What can I do to get the service back?
